About Allbest Marine Engineering
Since its inception in 1990, Allbest has carried out its services with a focus to provide quality, efficient and reliable solutions in corrosion prevention and scaffolding to our customers based both locally and globally. As the industry matures, the demands on our services are more complex and sophisticated. We are constantly reviewing, upgrading and expanding our capabilities to meet the demands of our clients.
Through years of vigorous research and development (R&D), Allbest is now a leading provider of corrosion prevention and tank coating services.
Allbest also supplies and distributes corrosion prevention systems, equipment, machineries and other related products. Through our subsidary company, we offer a range of scaffold system and supply professional and trained personnel to provide scaffolding services.
Milestones

1990 - 1992:
Mr. Yeo Siew Chuan started with 20 workers performing simple tank cleaning jobs in Sembawang Shipyard Pte Ltd.

1993 - 1994:
Allbest was converted into a private limited company, Allbest Marine Engineering Pte Ltd.

1995 - 1997:
Allbest ventured into surface preparation which began with the purchase of two ultra-high pressure washing machines up to 20,000 Psi. Allbest purchased several hydro-blasting machines to provide a new corrosion prevention solution.

1998 - 2000:
Allbest II Marine Service Pte Ltd was formed to better serve different shipyards. It was also the commencement of grit blasting services to the shipyards.

2000:
In the same year, Allbest purchased its first main office which catered for future business expansion plans.

2001 - 2003:
With the growth of our business Allbest branched out into scaffolding services. Allbest Hydrotech Pte Ltd, Allbest Equipments Pte Ltd, Allbest Offshore Marine Pte Ltd and Allbest Hydroblasting Pte Ltd were founded to provide more personalised service to the shipyards and to meet the demands of customers.

2004 - 2006:
Allbest Marine Supplies Pte Ltd was also formed to provide equipment and machinery rental services. After years of establishing corrosion prevention services in Singapore, Allbest branched out its operations into Indonesia, India, Vietnam and Malaysia.

Acquire CMoreton Engineering Pte Ltd which specialize in steel work fabrication in the ship repair and new build sector

2019 - 2023:
In line with the Singapore Green Plan 2030 a whole-of-nation movement to advance Singapore's national agenda on sustainable development.
Allbest invested a substantial amount in Robotic Hydro Jetting replacing the traditional method of Grit Blasting for vessel ship side, main deck and other flat surface area.
Philosophy
Allbest is known for its philosophy, this is represented by using the Chinese character 孚 meaning integrity. This word has been adopted throughout and is based on our company’s core values, expectations and principles.

Allbest has more than 30 years of experience in marine and offshore industry, specializing in corrosion prevention and surface preparation services. We lead a team of highly knowledgeable and technically skilled senior management staffs, supported by a workforce of well trained and proficient personnel.
Excellent Track Record
Allbest has grown from strength to strength since 1990 when started out as a sub contractor with a humble workforce of 20; we have now gained recognition as a market leader in corrosion prevention with our presence in almost every major shipyard in Singapore. Allbest has linked up with major shipyards to provide corrosion prevention works in the construction and repair of oil rigs and new ships. Allbest's sound technical capabilities have seen our services expanding to other Asian markets notably Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Vietnam and China. We have also cooperated with large corporations such as Seatrium (SG) Pte Ltd, Seatrium O&G (Americas) Limited and ST Marine.
Safety & Health
Allbest ensures that safety is NEVER compromised for the success of our company. We work with a "zero accident" safety goal at all our worksites. This is achieved through our implementation of in house safety training and refresher programmes which are conducted monthly for all our operational staff. Allbest has attained the OHSAS 18001 : 2007 certification for its consistent emphasis on safety and safety procedures.
